Professional Experience
Adam concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, zoning/land use, municipal, commercial/business/financial transactions, municipal finance, estate planning and administration and economic development. He serves as solicitor for Marple Township, the Zoning Hearing Boards of Tinicum and Edgmont Townships and the Tinicum Township Civil Service Commission, and as a special counsel for various municipalities and the County of Delaware for certain land development and eminent domain matters.
Adam represents several private real estate developers in matters involving zoning subdivision and land development. Adam also serves as Solicitor for the Delaware County Industrial Development Authority and Upper Darby Industrial Development Authority and provides legal services for the Delaware Valley Regional Finance Authority and the Delaware County Authority. He has lectured on government financing programs.
Adam also represents small businesses, and governmental entities in matters involving real estate acquisition, sale, development and leasing, eminent domain, financing, and corporate and commercial / business transactions. He represents financial institutions (including banks and credit unions) in loan, regulatory and collection / workout matters.
Adam also provides estate planning and estate administration services to private clients.
Adam has provided legal services to various municipalities and authorities and is listed in the ?Red Book? as bond and issuer's counsel for municipal finance matters
Adam serves on the Council of Trustees of West Chester University of Pennsylvania by Governor Edward G. Rendell. Appointed by Delaware County Council, Adam is a member of both the Delaware County Economic Development Oversight Board and the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Delaware.
