In real estate sales, the agreement of sale is the contract governing the entire transaction and accordingly, it is vitally important that parties have the benefit of legal advice when entering into the agreement. We routinely represent our commercial and industrial clients in leasing transactions, both as landlords and as tenants, and in litigation arising from property leasing.
In addition, our firm represents clients involved with real estate tax sale purchases, and has developed in expertise in dealing with financial institutions and local and county governments regarding the legal issues that occur in such tax sales.
